You can search for homes on our web site without registering. Once you have selected the homes you want to see, click on “schedule viewing” for one of our agents to contact you. You must be pre-approved through BayAreaMortgage.com or any other lending institution prior to schedule viewing appointment.

Getting Started

It is essential that you are pre-approved before scheduling appointments to view homes. Once you have been pre-approved, schedule your viewing appointments online or contact an AREMCOM agent to schedule a viewing at 408-528-6400.

In Northern California

You may schedule up to six homes per viewing. An AREMCOM real estate agent will meet you at each home, opening the door and answering questions, then stays with you from home to home.

Outside of Northern California

We are growing and expecting to have AREMCOM Real Estate Agents throughout California, but in the meantime, we are able to schedule any home you may want to view through the listing agent or open house. Please print our business card prior to attending an Open House or other property showing, give the card to the listing agent or seller as soon as you arrive and inform them that AREMCOM is your broker. This will protect your cash back rebate.

Make an Offer

We are growing and expecting to have AREMCOM Real Estate Agents throughout California, but in the meantime, we are able to schedule any home you may want to view through the listing agent or open house. Please print our business card prior to attending an Open House or other property showing, give the card to the listing agent or seller as soon as you arrive and inform them that AREMCOM is your broker. Once the purchase agreement are signed and faxed back to 408-521-2216. AREMCOM Real Estate Services will present your offer and any counter offer.  We will negotiate on your behalf for the best possible price and terms.  Once the offer is accepted AREMCOM Real Estate Services will stay in touch with you throughout the escrow period to help ensure a successful closing.

Your Rebate Check

Within 10 business days after close of escrow, you will receive a check from us for 70% of our commission that we received from the seller. *NOTE* You may also have your rebate credited toward the final closing cost depending on your lender’s guideline.
